Crunchy Zucchini Sticks
These crunchy zucchini sticks are a great alternative to french fries. Bread and bake them and try them with a variety of dipping sauces, marinara or a ranch sauce would work well. A great way to get the kids to eat veggies.

I had zucchini fries at a steak house recently and loved them, so I'll be making these at home! The wheat germ is something I always keep on hand in the freezer, so it doesn't go rancid, and I sneak a little bit in every recipe I can. However, I will add a little panko bread crumbs to the coating mixture to give it extra crunch. Panko is fantastic for crunchy coatings and toppings!
