Football Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen chopped baby spinach
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white onion, chopped
- 1 bread bowl, optional
Instructions

Thaw out the frozen spinach

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Chill about 1 hr.
- Serve in the bread bowl or with your favorite cracker or chip of choice.

I've tried many spinach dip recipes for easy appetizers. Just like the appetizer recipes from gourmandia.com, this creamy spinach dip sounds unique; I think I need to try it!

Are we to assume that the spinach is defrosted and not cooked? That the cream cheese is softened? That the quantities of green onion, celery, and white onion are 1/2 cup total? Or 1/2 cup each? How is the bread bowl combined into the other ingredients? Do we chop it? Surely someone there reads these recipes.
