Make Ahead Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen puff pastry
- 6 ounces brie, trimmed of rind
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
Instructions

To Make: Defrost and roll out the pastry according to directions. Cut roughly 3 inch squares.

Spread each square with 1/4 teaspoon mango chutney and top with 1 teaspoon brie. Fold the squares diagonally to form a triangle. Crimp the edges or pinch together firmly to seal.

To Frisp: Freeze on a baking sheet until solid. Place in a gallon Frisper bag and frisp.

To Serve: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove from Frisper bag and place triangles on a baking sheet.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown and puffed. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
