- 1 package yeast
- 1 1/2 cup bread flour
- 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
