Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 egg white
- 1/2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
- 2 teaspoons yeast
Instructions
- Load as directed for your bread machine.

this is in the list of breads that are gluten free but it has 1 T of wheat germ ???
