- 16 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- 8 tablespoons butter
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- ham, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a skillet.

Add the cabbage, onion and salt. Cook over medium heat until the cabbage is wilted and golden.
- Add remaining butter and noodles. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until heated through. Season to taste.
