YaYas Famous Baklava Cheesecake

YaYa's Famous Baklava Cheesecake is a fun twist on a classic Greek dessert in the form of a deliciously creamy cheesecake. This is a great recipe to make during the holidays so that you can share it with all your friends and family. Made with flavors that perfectly complement each other like honey, cinnamon and cream cheese, this is a sweet and comforting dessert you'll be proud to serve. The phyllo dough crust and whipped topping make this a light and airy cheesecake that will satisfy your sweet tooth without weighing you down.

This dessert looks amazing, like something you would pay a lot for from a bakery. I'm looking at all the ingredients and thinking how wonderful this will taste. This is too beautiful to make just for an everyday dessert. I think I will make it for Easter, or at least for that weekend.

Oh my goodness, this is unreal! My family loves Baklava but have never made it. A dear relative made it especially for us for a wedding. It just seems kind of intimidating. This recipe also adds in another favorite which is cheesecake. Oh my wow, YUM! I think I could pull this off too. Thanks to Edmund for the phyllo dough hints! I appreciate it. Wouldn't this be yummy for Easter?

I've loved baklava ever since I first tried it, and this recipe sounds like something I could really enjoy baking and savoring. I would never have thought about combining baklava and cheesecake, but the resulting mix just looks fabulous. One trick for working with phyllo dough (besides keeping it covered with a damp cloth between peeling off sheets) is to very lightly mist them with a water spritzer. I have a emphasize lightly mist. There's a knack to working with phyllo dough, but the rewards are worth the effort.

Baklava Cheesecake? I think I have died and gone to heaven and my family is definitely going to think so too when I make it for dessert tonight. Cannot wait to taste the combination of cheesecake with walnuts, cinnamon and honey! There is no way that anyone can simply pass by this recipe without trying it. Thank you so much I am sure it is going to be delicious!

This recipe looks amazingingly good and the presentation is beautiful! I'm a fan of baklava though I've never attempted to make it myself. The mixture for the cheese cake part looks yummy too. I've never used phyllo dough before and I'm wondering if there's any tips to keeping it from drying out? I think this would make a great dessert for Easter!

This looks so fancy. I have never had baklava, but I love cheesecake and all the stuff in baklava. Using phyllo dough for a crust is a neat idea. It is simple and looks whimsical.
