So u use either old fashion oats or quick oats... they do not need to be cooked, like making oatmeal, correct? Would love to make these, but need further understanding of the oats...Thank Youbr /br /

For those who complain about no nutritional info, perhaps you shouldn't use this site, or at least use your imagination and learn to make substitutions, or eat what you prepare in moderation. There is always a way to make it work. Life is short, enjoy it!

I've made these many times and they are wonderful. I always use old fashioned oatmeal but you can also use quick oats.

I really enjoy seeing a lot of the recipes at your web site but don't try them as there is no nutritional information and since I'm doing WW I need to count points, yup still doing the old program. Will look forward to when your recipes all have the nutritional value listed. Thanks for a great web site and continued success...Judy :)

While reading this recipe, I am questioning the "6 packages" of chocolate chips. In a 9 X13" pan, that would be a lot of chocolate. 6 - 12 oz pkgs would be 4.5 lbs. of chocolate, right? Expensive too! Maybe it's right, maybe a typo?? Thanks.
