- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 12-ounce package of butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 cup Corn Flakes, crushed (or Rice Krispies)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Place the peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a large heat-proof bowl and melt over low heat.
- Add peanuts, cornflakes, and raisins to the mixture and mix until combined.
- Add marshmallows and mix until combined.
- Use a teaspoon to place the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Chill in the refrigerator until set.

This no-bake treat is an easy recipe that my family will enjoy. I need some ideas for snacks to make in the summer that won't heat up the kitchen. This recipe sounds like a great sweet/salty combo that will be hard to resist. I think I will use Rice Krispies the first time I make them.
