Ingredients
- 2 cans baked beans
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 3/4 cup soy breakfast links, cut into pieces
- 1/2 tablespoon spicy mustard
- 1/8 cup BBQ sauce or ketchup
- 1 small box of corn bread mix
- salt and pepper to taste
