Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic; crushed
- 6 tablespoons mango chutney
- 2 teaspoons ginger puree
- 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 8 chicken drumsticks; skinned
Instructions
- Mix the garlic and liquid ingredients together in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks with the marinade, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
