Too Easy Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 (18-ounce) white or yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter, margarine or kanola oil
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, stir cake mix, butter and milk until well combined. Break egg into mixing bowl and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix in.
- Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. You could also add chopped walnuts or just leave them plain.

I used to make cookies like these when I was a child. I did grease the pan, and I made them as drop cookies, dropping them from a teaspoon, about 2 inches apart. I used on cup of chocolate chips, and I always used chopped walnuts. Using a cake mix to make cookies gives them a different texture, but they are very good!
