- 2 pounds stew beef, cut into cubes
- 6 carrots, cut in pieces
- 4 onions, quartered
- 1 cup celery, in pieces
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 1 can tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons minute tapioca
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 5 hours, or until meat is cooked though and vegetables are tender.
