Ingredients
- 1 lean pork roast, cut into cubes
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 fresh tomato, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can whole green chilis, rinsed, seeded, and chopped
- 3 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- salt to taste
- 1 can hominy
Instructions
- Brown pork slightly in a skillet. Add to slow cooker.
- Mix in chicken broth, tomato, onion, green chilis, garlic, oregano, salt, and hominy. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
