Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef top round steak, cut into 1/8-inch thick slices
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops Liquid Smoke
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in slow cooker, cover.
- Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, depending on how well done you want meat.
- Remove bay leaf before serving. Serve by itself or on rolls.
