Broccoli Slaw
Ramen noodles are a popular ingredient in some coleslaw recipes. The noodles add that extra crunch that gives the coleslaw recipe added texture. With this particular broccoli slaw recipe ramen noodles, as well as sunflower seeds give the recipe that much needed zing of flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 bags prepared broccoli slaw
- 2 bags Ramen Noodles (uncooked)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 2 packets Chicken Ramen Seasoning
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
Instructions
- Crumble the noodles, toss all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours to let noodles soften slightly.
