Overnight Ramen Chicken Salad
If you need to feed a crowd but don't want to spend a ton of money, this recipe for Overnight Ramen Chicken Salad is a great solution. Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken, drained
- 4 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 head raw cabbage, chopped
- 2 packages chicken flavored Top Ramen, broken and uncooked
- 4 stalks green onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 tablespoons vinegar
Instructions

In large bowl mix together the chicken, almonds, sesame seeds, cabbage, broken Ramen noodles and onion.

Top with sugar, oil, 2 Top Ramen seasoning packets, salt, pepper and vinegar.
- Stir together and let stand for 12-18 hours; stir occasionally.
