Ingredients

1 1/2 cup milk
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3-3/4 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups angel cake cubes
1 can (13-14 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 (2 oz.) package dessert topping mix

Instructions

In a small mixer bowl, gradually blend milk into cream cheese, beating until smooth.
Add pudding mix and beat with electric mixer at low speed until smooth and slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
Pour pudding mixture over angel cake cubes, stirring to coat.
Turn into a 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread drained pineapple over top.
Prepare dessert topping mix according to package directions. Spread over top. Chill several hours or overnight.
