Peanut Butter and Chocolate Easter Eggs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 8 ounces chocolate flavored candy coating (or melted chocolate chips)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter and butter.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring till combined.
- Shape into eggs, place on waxed paper. Let stand till dry (small eggs or balls take about 20 minutes).
- Melt candy coating. Cool slightly.
- Dip the peanut butter eggs into coating. Let excess coating drip off.
- Place on waxed paper; let stand till coating is firm.
- Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes about 30 peanut butter eggs.
