Celery Egg Salad
Using onions, mayo and celery you can make a delicious and satisfying egg salad recipe. Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
Instructions
- Combine mayo, lemon juice, onion, and pepper.
- Stir in eggs and celery.
- Cover and chill.

I like this recpe, noting the celery adds a bit of crunch. However, I also added a couple drops tobasco for a tiny bit of bite. WARNING-if you do add the hotsauce, be careful and only add 1 drop at time, and wait a bit before adding more - the flavor does tend to intesify! Enjoy
