"The Joseph Joseph Switch is not only a cool-looking kitchen gadget, it actually works quite well.  Even though its standard peel blade appears the same size or smaller than that of traditional peelers, it seems to take a wider swath as it peels, making quick work of peeling cucumbers and such.  At first glance, it appeared it might be awkward to handle, but quite the opposite was true -  it was easy to use, has just the right heft, and feels good in the hand.  Does a nice job!"
