Tin Roof Pie
This delectable ice cream pie is an award-winning sweet treat for many reasons. First of all, Tin Roof Pie is stupidly easy to make. Simply mix together corn flakes, peanut butter and corn syrup to form a crust, spread vanilla ice cream on top, and drizzle the whole thing with chocolate syrup! Ingredients
- 4 cups cornflakes
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together corn syrup, peanut butter and cornflakes. Press into a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Spread vanilla ice cream over the crust.
- Freeze for two hours, then drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
