Roasted Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
- 1 ear of corn per person
- butter
- Cajun seasoning or favorite spicy seasoning
- aluminum foil
Instructions
Shuck corn, spread on softened butter or margarine liberally over corn. Sprinkle on seasoning of choice. Wrap in foil. Place on preheated grill (covered) and turn every 15 minutes for about 45 minutes to an hour. Unwrap foil and serve corn with additional melted butter if desired. Note: the corn comes out golden brown. Be sure to frequently turn as corn could become a bit burned in some spots.
