Tuna Stuffed Eggs
These stuffed eggs are a great appetizer and are so easy to make. Use your favorite tuna salad recipe with mayo and these are sure to be a winner every time.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 (6 1/2 oz can) water packed tuna; drained
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon pimento, chopped
- 4 tablespoons Hellmann's Light Mayo (or your favorite brand)
- 1 pinch dry mustard
- 1 pinch sage
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Cook eggs, cool, remove shells. Cut in half crosswise, remove yolks. Mix together tuna, pickle, onion, pimento, mayo and seasonings.
- Stuff each half with tuna mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

Omg yum...what a clever idea this is! Perfect for snacking...it's kinda like a deviled egg extravaganza you can have as a snack and super easy to throw together for a hungry crowd to tie them over before dinner. Plus its low carbs, and has plenty of protein in it to get you through the day too? Yes and please...sign me up!

Good call, Pyonaki! I just assumed you used the egg yolk in the tuna mixture, but I saw your comment and reread it and it doesn't say anything after removing yolks. I would probably add them to the mixture. I make my tuna salad with eggs sometimes so I think the yolks would taste great in it. This is a great little low carb side dish.
