In this eCookbook you will find:
-
Easy Appetizers:
Appetizers can make a delicious, healthy snack or an easy party treat. Learn how to create goat cheese and herb toasts (Page 6). The herb and goat cheese combination is so flavorful, and because goat cheese is a lower fat cheese, you won't have to feel guilty.
-
Hearty Soups and Stews:
Try the cranberry, red wine and lamb stew (Page 14) for company or a romantic evening. This hearty gourmet dish will warm you to the core and keep your guests returning to the pot for seconds and thirds.
-
Traditional Meat Entrees:
Meat can be a fatty or expensive meal to make, but not at RecipeLion! Mexican is always a great option, especially with our Beef and Mushroom Mexican Fajitas (Page 20). Throw in all your leftover veggies for a quick and tasty meal the whole family will love. Want something more upscale? Try the Rosemary Loin Lamb Chops with Fresh Spinach and Mushrooms (Page 24). Put together this decadent meal in less than 30 minutes!
-
Delicious Chicken and Turkey Entrees:
There are so many ways to make chicken, so how can you choose just one? Once you make our Healthy Balsamic Raspberry Chicken (Page 27) you'll want to make it over and over again. For a heartier healthy dinner, try the Wild Mushroom Stuffed Turkey (Page 31). Pair with mashed sweet potatoes or use leftovers for a filling sandwich.
...and much more!

Thank you for your comment, Karen. Please understand that the vast majority of our recipes come from valued readers such as yourself, and the nutrition information is typically not provided to us. When we do receive it, of course we are happy to include it in the recipe information.

I love your recipes but if you could add calories per serving it would sure make counting calories easier. I was surprised to see that not even the "Healthy Recipe eCookbook" did not include calories, fat grams, or fibre content. those are the three items I watch the closest but I do look at nutrient content also.
