Velveeta Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup milk
- Couple dashes of cayenne pepper
- 3/4 pound Elbow Macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs tossed with one tablespoon melted butter or marg.
Instructions
- Place the Velveeta in a microwavable bowl, along with the milk.
- Heat on high for 2 minutes, stir with a wooden spoon. Heat for another minute, stirring again - continue until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Stir in cayenne. Mix the cheese sauce and macaroni and pour into a 2 quart baking dish that's been sprayed with Pam.
- Sprinkle the buttered bread crumbs over the top, add a dash of paprika if desired.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until bubbly.

Velveeta Cheese is one of my favorites, something I brought along with me into adulthood from childhood! I use skim milk whenever the recipe calls for milk. It looks like this recipe could be prepped and cooked in about an hour making it easy to fix at any time. So yummy!
