2 Minute Hawaiian Pie

Ingredients
- Prepared Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 small pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
- 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- maraschino cherries, for topping
- shredded toasted coconut, for topping
Instructions

Combine pudding, pineaple and sour cream. Pour into cooled pie crust and refrigerate until filling sets.

To prepare topping, combine cream and vanilla and whip until cream is spreadable.
- Immediately before serving, top filling with whipped cream shredded coconuts and maraschino cherries.

My boyfriend and I made this yesterday. We used Cool Whip in place of the whip cream, and we decided that we'd put it onto our pieces as we eat them rather than top the whole pie at once. Do use whipped cream or topping, though--the sour cream mixture is a bit too tangy without the extra sweetness!
