Cinnamon Spice Peach Cobbler
With so many peach cobblers out there, how do you know which to try? Well, if you like the taste of peaches, nutmeg and cinnamon, this is a great recipe for you to try.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk, room temp
- 1 egg, room temp
- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Melt butter in 13"x9" baking pan in oven 350 degrees.
- In medium bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Stir in milk and beaten egg; mix until blended.
- Pour batter evenly over melted butter in baking pan; set aside. In bowl combine peaches, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Spread evenly over batter in pan; do not stir!
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until batter rises to top and is golden brown; serve warm in bowls.
