Drunken Grilled Pork Chops

4 Bone-In Pork Chops, about 1” thick
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
2 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
1 cup of your favorite beer

Place chops in a plastic sealable bag; add remaining ingredients and seal the bag. Carefully massage the bag to combine the ingredients and thoroughly coat the chops.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or as long as 24 hours.
