Ranger Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 1/2 cup Quaker Oats
- 1 cup chocolate morsels
Instructions
- Cream peanut butter and margarine in a large mixing bowl. Add brown sugar gradually, mixing well. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
- In a seperate bowl, mix together flour, soda and salt, and then add to creamed peanut butter mixture.
- Add oats, pecans, coconut, and chocolate morsels, and mix thoroughly.
- Drop by heaping spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 11-12 minutes.

I have the same question as Nana to 3 -- how many eggs? None are listed in this recipe.

How many eggs? It says in instructions to beat in eggs but there are no eggs in the ingredient list.
