Easy Chocolate Zucchini Bread
Want a great use for all that zucchini from your garden? Whip up this yummy chocolate zucchini bread! It' so easy, it practically makes itself. Throw the ingredients together, throw it in the oven, and throw yourself on the couch to relax for an hour. Then...YUM!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oleo (margarine)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Cream together oleo, oil, sugar, vanilla, sour milk and eggs.
- Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and cocoa; mix well.
- Fold in zucchini.
- Put batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocalate chips on top of each loaf before baking.
- Bake for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
