Ingredients
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 3 cups squash, peeled and cut up
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups plain flour
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put oil and squash in blender and blend until liquid. Pour into mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients. Blend well with mixer; pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
