Excellent recipe. I have been making this recipe for the past five years. My husband loves this Cole Shaw and it is just not for country folks. We are from a big city now living in the country.

What a simple set of ingredients to make a nice salad for summer. I wish I had found this recipe sooner. I had pulled pork yesterday, and it lacked coleslaw. I will save this recipe and make it next time we have a grilled meal like burgers or hot dogs. It will also make a great potluck dish for tail-gating at a baseball game.
