Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
- 2 to 3 stalks celery
- 2 to 3 apples, peeled and cored
- sugar to taste
- whipped cream
Instructions
- Grind together the cranberries, celery, and apples with an old-fashioned food grinder or a food processor. Color should be a rich red.
- Add sugar to taste (the amount will depend on how tart the apples are).
- Spread into a bowl and chill thoroughly.
- Shortly before serving, spread a layer of whipped cream over the top.
