Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 thick slices of leftover roasted turkey
- 1/4 cup mashed potatoes or stuffing (or both)
- 1 tablespoon (to 2) cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon (to 2) brown gravy
Instructions
- Spread mayo on both slices of bread.
- Place turkey slices on one piece of bread.
- Top with mashed potatoes and/or stuffing, cranberry sauce, and brown gravy. Close sandwich.
- Slice in half and eat immediately.

you know my favorite day after thaksgiving sammy is quite similar i take a leftover large dinner roll heat it up in the oven spred mayo on one side of the roll then fresh cracked pepper ontop of the mayo then homeade cranberry sauce(i call this the cran-aise) then the turkey more cracked pepper leftover stuffing cheese a little mustard and then the top of the toll. absolutley delicious and i think better than this one
