Chai Tea (east African Tea)
Ingredients
- 6 cup water
- 7 teaspoon loose tea leaves
- 6 cup milk
- 10-15 tsp. sugar
Instructions
Heat together water and tea leaves in a 3 to 4 quart saucepan. Boil 10 minutes. Add milk and heat to near boiling. Strain leaves. Add sugar to taste. Makes 6-8 servings.
