Asparagus Rolls

Ingredients

  • a sheet or two of puff pastry
  • asparagus
  • flour
  • grated cheese
  • mustard

Instructions

Thaw a sheet or two of puff pastry. Gently steam some asparagus. Lay down some wax paper, lightly floured, and roll out the puff pastry. Cut pastry into desired sizes for this side dish. Place a couple of asparagus in each slice so that each end sticks out of the pastry; add some grated cheese and a hint of mustard before enwrapping with pastry. Use a bit of cold water to seal the edges. Bake at 350 until the pastry is just brown, about 15-20 min.
