BBQ Bruschetta Recipe

"That’s right. We said it. BBQ Bruschetta. This is TOTALLY a thing. A HUGE thing! A damn delicious thing. We have always been huge fans of anything on the barbecue. If we can grill it you bet we will! So, one day when we were having company over for a backyard barbecue, we decided that we needed appetizers. With so many different Barbecue appetizers to choose from, for some reason we leaned towards bruschetta. Why you ask? Well, we have a pretty dang great recipe for Bruschetta, and we were really craving it that night. The question arose… “Can we BBQ it?” Heck yes we can. We’ve said it before and we will said it again: Don’t just eat, go the FOOD monty… so we took our own advice. Can Bruschetta be done on the Barbecue? YES. Yes it CAN! Amazing, crunchy, fresh tasting Bruschetta, smothered in fresh mozzarella cheese and grilled to absolute perfection."
