Bacon Jam

"Because there’s no such thing as too much bacon, I present, bacon jam. It’s delicious on a variety of surfaces; sourdough bread, a cracker, a grilled cheese sandwich, a spoon… I’ve seen lots of recipes, but I really loved the simplicity of this one. Keeps in the fridge for 4 weeks, but it totally won’t last that long. It also makes a great gift. Store it in a Mason jar and gift it with some bread or crackers."
