"These appetizers always fly off the plate when I make them! Nobody can resist the delicious sweet and spicy flavor Bacon Wrapped Pretzel Rods have. Even the kids love them. My niece who was about 8 yrs old the first time she tasted them , asked me for the recipe! I have made these with thin and thick cut bacon. If using thin cut bacon, it’s just a matter of wrapping the bacon slice around the pretzel rod and rolling in it the sugar/chili powder mix. Using thin cut bacon is definitely the best way to make these. This is a fantastic appetizer for football season, what red blooded football fan wouldn’t love these!
