- 1 lb shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup red enchilada sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 oz onion
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels
- 15 oz canned black beans
- 10 oz pepper-jack-cheese
- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 3 lime (cut into wedges)
- Salt and pepper to taste
