Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken wings
- oil for deep frying
- 1/4 cup butter
- Tabasco sauce
Instructions
Cut wings apart at the joint if it hasn't been done. Deep fry wings and Drain on towels. Melt butter in a pan and add Tabasco sauce to taste - I usually end up using 1/3 cup or more . Saute the cooked wings in the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately. Add celery sticks and blue cheese dressing as accompaniment. If this is too much sauce for the wings (or not enough), adjust the amount of butter and Tabasco accordingly.
