Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh crab meat
  • 1/2 pound butter, softened
  • 1 jar Old English sharp cheese spread
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • English muffins

Crab Meltaways Recipe

Instructions

  1. Mix together butter and cheese until blended; add salts and mayonnaise. Stir in crab meat. 

  2. Cut each English muffin half into quarters. Put a teaspoon of crab mixture on each quarter.

  3. Put under broiler until light brown.
