I've made these before and I can vouch for the fact they're a really quick, tasty snack. I use the flaky Grands biscuits and separate the upper layers (about in half) and add the bacon (or pre-cooked sausage patty) and cheddar. Reassemble, pressing down on the edges to seal, then bake as directed. Just a super quick and delicious snack.
