"These cheese tartlet appetizers are easy, simple, rustic and elegant all at the same time. They come together in just minutes with just a few ingredients and one shortcut using ready made refrigerated type pie crust to make the tartlet shells. We've suggested two cheeses that work well, but you they are totally customizable by using your favorite cheeses, as long as you use a type that melts well. The recipe makes 24, but is very easily doubled or tripled for larger gatherings. "
