Cheesy Wings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- dash each salt and pepper
- 20 trimmed and separated wings
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, and hot sauce. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the wings and add them to the bowl, coating them thoroughly. Let the wings marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt, blue cheese, mayonnaise, celery salt, and black pepper together until smooth. Set aside. Remove the wings from the marinade with tongs and place on a low-to medium heat grill. Cook for 20-25 minutes, frequently basting and turning, until golden brown and cooked through.
