"Crab Au Gratin is a cheesy seafood dip inspired by a dish in a long gone, but much loved restaurant on the Georgia coast. It's simplicity is what makes the focus flavors the lump crab meat itself and tangy cheese. It can be served with crackers, flatbreads or any variety of good, sturdy dipping vegetables. Most often today served as an appetizer dip the original recipe was a main dish and you can certainly enjoy it that way too!"
