"These Crispy Carrot Fritters, known as buñuelos de zanahoria, have a crispy texture on the outside with a delicious pop of flavors on the inside. They’re made with simple everyday ingredients and done in just 30 minutes. Serve them as a tapas appetizer or even as a side dish, next to some grilled fish. To make these fritters, I used 3 medium-sized carrots that I peeled and finely grated using a box grater. If you don’t have a box grater, you can either use a handheld grater or just finely chop the carrots."
