"We love taco dip. And as an easy cold no bake appetizer this taco dip is pretty hard to beat. It has basically has 8 layers: avocados, beans, green onions, sour cream (plus some spices), salsa, olives, cheese, and bacon. Because this taco dip is so easy to throw together, but still always gets rave reviews, we find that it is the perfect last minute party item.
