Easy Mushroom Patty
"People are now conscious of what they eat and are looking for new ways to eat healthily. Mushrooms contain protein and fiber and make a good alternative to meat in many dishes. They are a healthy option for replacing the meaty flavor your family loves. You can spice up this recipe by adding a teaspoon of chili flakes or a good heap of cayenne pepper. You can also dip these patties into panko crumbs to help them crisp up."
